All properties are fully equipped to an exceptional standard to include:42"-50” Plasma TV, dvd, Games Room, Wii/Playstation II, leather sofas, king sized beds, American fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, alarm, washing machine, dryer, coffeemaker, microwave, garden furniture, gas BBQ, everything down to crockery and cutlery etc The only thing we do not provide is bedding!

Princess Avenue Area

The “Avenues” is the trendy area to live, if you wish to be near to the city centre where all the cool bars and restaurants are, this is the place to be. It is also adjacent to Pearson Park which is great on a sunny day.

Newland Avenue (near to University & Avenues)

Newland avenue is a bustling street for shops and bars, it is in the heart of the student area, very close to Hull University, it is also only a stones throw from Princes Avenues’ bars and restaurants.

Kingswood Area

Kingswood is located 3 miles to north of the city centre in an exclusive suburb. It is very convenient for Hull & Beverley with good transport links and buses run every 15mins. It is next to the excellent David LLoyd Gym/tennis, 2 pubs,  6 restaurants, megaplex cinema, bowling and 24Hr Asda. This is a very safe area to park if you have a flash car.

Yupelet also has a student division to the business and all our student properties are of a high standard and are currently fully let till June 2010.
